dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the perceived usefulness of the learning management system among undergraduates of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya. Accordingly, the present study examined the impact of system quality, information quality and readiness for online learning on perceived usefulness of learning management system among undergraduates and mediating effect of system use, user satisfaction over the relationship between system quality, information quality, readiness for online learning and perceived usefulness. This study was carried out as quantitative explanatory research work. Further, the sample were selected using the convenience sampling technique. Data were collected via a standard questionnaire from 320 undergraduates of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies University of Kelaniya. The Hypothesized model was tested through multiple regression analysis and mediating analysis. The research findings review that information quality and system quality have a high impact on perceived usefulness of LMS than readiness for online learning. Moreover, system use mediated the relationship between system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness while user satisfaction mediated the relationship between system quality, information quality, readiness for online learning and perceived usefulness. This study has provided directions for undergraduates, lecturers, system providers and future researchers. en_US
