Towards the Croatian entry into European Union, we have the increasing number of available financial aid from various European funds. In order to attract financial help, Croatia is needed to prepare high-quality development projects in the private and public sectors. However, there are many false consultants, instant consultants, who offer their services. The objective of research was to prove in which measure the instant consultants appear and how they are presented to the Croatian private and public sector. Also we want to see their impact on the quality of the project and their influence on the acceptance of the projects. The research was conducted through survey and interviews among the key stakeholders in the private and public sector. Result of research shows that every day Croatia has more and more instant consultants who don?t have enough knowledge and information for preparing and implementation of the EU projects.en_US
