Abstract: This study was undertaken to investigate the impact of the globalization on HRM and Organizational change. In the back drop of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization there has been a tremendous change in work culture, behavior, expectations and the involvement of employees in an organization. There are some crucial questions which could not be answered. The fast changing economic and social scenario in India has brought to light many faces. It is observed that the organizations are finding it difficult to cope up with the change. Those organizations which are able to adapt themselves with the latest techniques and alter their traditional and regular practices according to the demanding situation could succeed in the market. Those who are not able to adapt will find it difficult to succeed. This research was done to study the impact of globalization on Human Resources Management. Apart from this the objectives were set accordingly to study the factors like competitiveness and cultural convergence and the results show that there is a positive relation between the variables. This research also implies the need of training leading to change management.
