In the back drop of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization there has been a tremendous change in work culture, behavior, expectations and the involvement of employees in an organization. There are some crucial questions which could not be answered. The fast changing economic and social scenario in India has brought to light many faces. It is observed that the organizations are finding it difficult to cope up with the change.
