Abstract: Different elements can influence a management undergraduate's entrepreneurial intent. The willingness of undergraduates to participate in entrepreneurial action in the future is determined by their entrepreneurial intention. The primary goal of this study is to determine how Personal Attitudes, Entrepreneurial Education, Attitudes on social networking influence HRM undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions at the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka, the primary data for this study was acquired by sending 130 survey questionnaires to final year HRM undergraduates at University of Kelaniya as responders. Every variable was subjected to the Cronbach's Alpha Dependability test, which ensures a high level of reliability.
