This study focuses on the Spirituality of Leadership of the Alangan Mangyans of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. Ethnography is used in this research utilizing immersion, participant-observant, and in-depth interview of the key informant as well as of some elders and members of the community. Circular organizational framework is applied in analyzing the data which means what prevails is ‘power with’ and not ‘power over. Findings are, the spirituality of leadership of the Alangan Mangyans is culturally - based which means that it sticks to their traditions, customs and laws. Such spirituality keeps the Alangan Mangyan communities one which is united and peace loving. Thus, an egalitarian community is sustained.en_US
