The collected data were analyzed using correlation, regression and descriptive statistics. The study found that positive impact of perceived e-learning usefulness on perceived e-learning outcome achievement and Learner satisfaction does not moderate the relationship between two variables. This study was founded to provide better guidance for university undergraduates to become more productive and effective graduate through national universities in Sri Lanka.
