Abstract: This study examines the impact of authentic leadership style on employee engagement in ABC Company. This is quantitative research that was conducted following a deductive approach. This research used a survey strategy. It is a cross-section study. The standard self-administered questionnaire was used to collect primary data for the study from the sample selected from ABC Company. Data analysis was done using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), version 23.0. The hypothesis was analyzed using linear regression analysis. Results revealed that authentic leadership style has an impact on employee engagement in ABC Company. This study provides some theoretical implications and practical implications.
