Abstract: The purpose of the current study is to investigate the impact of work family conflict on job performance. The main research problem of the current study is “The impact of work family conflict on individual job performance in ABC company (Pvt) Ltd”. Researcher has identified for this research is, to find out impact of work interferes to family conflict and family interferes to work conflict of employees on workplace conflict. The population of current study comprises the employees who are currently working at ABC company. Therefore, the unit of analysis is at the individual level. As the total number of observations in the population is known, convenient sampling was applied to select the sample. Hence, using the deductive approach, the target population of the study was 140 respondents relating to the clinical nurses of health care sector in ABC company. Out of 140 questionnaires distributed,104 responses were received. Primary data were collected by adopting standard measurements scale via an online questionnaire survey. Collected data were analyzed through the Statical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Cronbach’s Alpha values were used to ensure the reliability of measurements scale. The results of the study indicate that work interferes to family conflict and family interferes to work conflicts are negatively correlated with employee’s individual job performance. Further, it is recommended for employees to feel they are working at a safe place, and it will be the best place for employees to work.
