Abstract: This study sought to find out how the Protean career personality affected on Entrepreneurial intentions with the mediate impact of Career orientation of Management undergraduates of State universities in Sri Lanka. In addition to that, this study had contributed to highlight the contextual gap of Protean career personality and the contribution as a predictor for Entrepreneurial intentions. This study had explored with quantitative research method as deductive research. This study had examined through 380 Management Undergraduates of State universities in Sri Lanka as the sample by using the simple random technique. A questionnaire was administered among the Management undergraduate of State Universities in Sri Lanka to measure their Protean career personality and Entrepreneurial intentions using a Google form. The collected data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression analysis to test the hypothesized relationships of the variables through SPSS 23.0. According to the study's findings, protean career personality, career orientation and Entrepreneurial intentions were significantly and positively correlated with each other variables by accepting the hypothesis. As well, Career orientation had a significant mediate impact for this study. Results also showed a moderate positive correlation between Protean career personality and Entrepreneurial intentions. The model of this study can be used for future researchers by adding new dimensions to examine this study's results and to highlight and study the Protean career personality being a predictor for Entrepreneurial intentions.
