Abstract: Background: Coronavirus (covid19) has spread rapidly around the world and is now a serious threat to human health, especially in vulnerable patients such as It is cancer.cancer patients face unique conditions and are clinically superior to the general public.The population is at greater risk for coronavirus. Therefore, this study aimed to determine health care management Cancer patients in Covid 19 crisis were reviewed from previous studies.Method: The present study is a review study using international and Persian databases IranMedex, PubMed, SID ,Magiran ,Google scholar, Scopus with the method Tittle search It was done between 2010 and 2021. Articles were searched using the keywords Health Care Management, Cancer and covid_19.after searching,33 articles were reviewed considering inclusion and exclusion criteria.Findings: The findings of the reviewed articles showed that; Studies conducted outside of Iran in the field of health management of patients with lung, breast, intestinal, ovarian, prostate, thyroid and liver cancers in the Covid crisis, of which breast cancer has received the most attention, while No similar study has been performed in Iran. Findings indicate the unfavorable status of health management and factors such as social group and patient's education level, family sensitivity, patient prognosis to the current situation, personal and social perception of cancer and gender are effective in Covid infection and age as The most important factor in the excessive mortality of cancer patients due to Covid disease is expressed. In patients with Covid's cancer, three essential strategies may be used to reduce life-threatening factors and risk factors; Such as postponing chemotherapy or elective surgeries, adhering to individual health protocols for cancer patients or cancer survivors, and providing appropriate medical care for older cancer patients. Research has shown; At present, prevention is better than cure for cancer patients, and preventing the spread of the virus is the most important factor in preventing excessive mortality from cancer patients and Solutions such as online medical counseling to minimize patients' visits to the hospital during the covid_19 crisis, Performing individual health protocols, Classification of patients into low, medium and high risk, Isolation of cancer patients and patients with covid_19 is presented.Discussion: The results of the studies showed; covid_19 epidemic is in fact an important challenge for all health care systems and also due to the lack of study in the field of health management of cancer patients with Quid in Iran and the unfavorable reporting of research results outside Iran, internationally guidelines are needed. prepared to improve the quality of health management of cancer patients.
