Abstract: Family is the most distinctive social organization which serves multiple tasks to the society. According to social and anthropologists it is the opinion of that it is as old as man. Then a family is considering as multi-purpose unit. It is a group that satisfies the physical and emotional needs of man. Hence, it fulfils an essential part of introducing new members to the society. The process of modernization in society and the influence of globalization merely draw on the physical things that have been found in secular material, but not in spiritual values. Under such circumstances, there will be no longer time to split the marriage life. Over time, in the changing world, there is a huge trend in the collapse of marriages. That is mean their incensement of divorce rate. It is revealed that a marriage with a thousand hopes are ended with divorce due to number of other strong facts than alcohol abuse, oppression and neglect when analyze the causes for divorce in realistic basis. Consider the global & local view on divorce, the objective of this article is to find out social, economic & cultural factors which effect on divorce by using Layman view.
