Abstract: Pancakarma therapy for the cleansing of body toxins. The nasal administration of medication is called nasya. Nose is the doorway to the brain and it is also the doorway to consciousness. An excess of bodily humors accumulate in the sinus head area is eliminated by means of the nearest possible opening, the nose, In our day today life due to medicine, tobacco, irregular food habits, sleeping disturbance, pain killers, antibiotic, oral contraceptive steroids gatharoga and suffered from many disease. So it is the demand of time to know about Review on pharmacological activity of material used in nasya karma.. Detailed study of available descriptions about nasya karma drugs which used in nasya therapy and their pharmacological action study from various source of ayurveda and modern medical science. Primary data collected according to vruddatva and secondary data collected according to review articles, Scientific research on herb mineral materials using in nasya karma. Most commonly mentioned plant materials selected. According to this review there is a many herb mineral materials used for nasya karma among of them most drugs have anti inflammatory action. This reason may be cause to those drugs used for nasya karma.
