Abstract: | Hypersecretion from the adrenal glands is associated with hypertension. Causes include Conn syndrome, Cushing syndrome and phaechromocytoma. This article discusses their clinical features, diagnosis and treatment as well as the management of incidentally identified adrenal tumours (incidentaloma). |
