dc.description.abstractThis paper is discusses about the online survey tools for data collection in research. The online survey tool will allow you to easily define the survey questions and the possible responses using an online interface. Further, it gives a detailed information about online survey tools like advantages, disadvantageous, types, creation and activation of online survey tools. It disucss about the online data collections tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Poll Everywhere, Typeform, Client Heartbeat,Zoho Survey, Survey Gizmo and Survey Planet. But this paper made a detailed discussion of Google forms and its various stage of processing. Moreover, it discussed step by step how to create the survey tools using Google forms.Apart from that it also discuss about the various tools used for research in library and information science The research tools are iSeek Education, Federal Resources for Educational Excellence, Education Resources Information Center, Instagrok, iPL2, Kids Click, The Virtual Learning Resources Center, SCIRUS, SweetSearch and Infomine. The online data collection survey tools as well as research tools are better to collect the data and analysis the data within short period but without cost.en_US
