dc.description.abstractAccess to social media websites is the most common activity among youth at the present. Any website which all sows social interaction such as Face book, Skype, Twitter, Online Sports and Gaming sites, Social Clubs, Imo, Messenger. Technology is very important topic in this era. But Technical addiction bring us bad results. Social Psychologist introducing a new Psycho-Social problems. This problems based on Modern Technology. Taking in to consideration above mentioned criminals 75] cause to technical accessories. There for grow many mental and physical diseases. Electrical Communication Addiction Disorder (ECAD) now more commonly called. If someone use internet one week among 40-80 hours it is an addiction. Internet addiction has been called internet dependency and internet compulsivity. It is Neurotic mental disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that completely dominate the addict life. This research mainly based on the data collected by a questionnaire from One hundred students in Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. Research paper concludes with a discussion of requirements of newly constructed norms for the emerging mental and social problem.en_US
