Abstract: Rapid advancement of electronic wastes becomes a huge problem for human and environment. Undergraduates can be identified as one of the major group of people who uses electronic equipments for various purposes. Thus, this paper attempts to identify the factors that impact for the intention of e- waste recycling within undergraduates. After reviewing literature, a conceptual model is developed which can be further used by the researchers for the empirical testing.
