The quality of higher education is a multifactor process. The governments, the management of institutions, the faculty, the students and the external quality assurances organizations- each of these interest groups have to play an important role in the provision of quality in higher education. A good educational model is the need of the hour to ensure the growth of budding managers and future leaders of the corporate can be created only by an effective synthesis of academic theory, business practices and industrial experience. The management education should be based on practical or simulated and effective case studies by quality faculty, latest ICT facilities and infrastructure. The skills required by the corporate for the future mangers should be contained with the up-to-date syllabi and industry-academic interaction. If quality faculties backed by the educational infrastructure are provided, only then one can expect a strong superstructure in future. There is need of convergence of these components into one and then only delivery of it can be made to all its stakeholders effectively. The strategic model of I-S has been proposed to combat the ongoing battle of quality and employment considerations of its stakeholders.en_US
