This situation known as “Rashomon effect”. Can overcome by discussing what are the conflicts that occurs when conducting a selected requirement gathering technique and how Rashomon Effect play on these identified problems and considering these issues. This paperwilldiscuss aboutthe relationship between chosen Software Development Requirement Gathering Process; Interview and Rashomon Effect. The findings gathered by doing literature review andobserving certain scenarios with different conditions. Proposed solutions decided by discussing and interacting with relevant parties. Finally, this paper concludes that how to overcome the Rashomon Effect in Software Development Requirement Gathering Processen_US
