Interdisciplinary collaboration is associated with improving the quality of care. The objective of this study was the analysis of the concept of "interdisciplinary collaboration" using a hybrid model. A hybrid model was used in order to analyze the concept of "interdisciplinary collaboration". The first stage was the scientific search of texts in all valid electronic databases. The second stage includes community work in which medical, pharmaceutical and nursing staff were interviewed. Data were collected, reviewed and analyzed in the third stage. In reviewing the texts, interdisciplinary collaboration has been mentioned with definitions such as group communication and similar definitions. 3 main categories and 7 sub-categories were identified according to the interviews with 15 peopple:dynamism/effectiveness of collaboration/uncertain boundaries of collaboration /advanced organizational culture. Interprofessional collaboration is essential to provide client-centered care and understanding the concept and recognizing the effective factors in this field have been the first essential step in achieving this goal.
