dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses the issue of property rights in the context of co-management of inland fisheries and community-based aquaculture using modern concepts introduced by researchers in the recent past. It attempts to identify major factors that could affect the results of proposed actions and analyse some issues specific to the multiple use nature of irrigation reservoirs in Sri Lanka.
