Abstract
Mayura Sandeshaya which was written by Kavishvara, belongs to Gampola period. It is our first Sinhaloa sandesha poetry. Author compliments about king, prime minister, chief incumbent and so many places from Gampola to Devi Nuwara. So I have explained about these compliments.
