Abstract

This research paper review explores the pivotal role of Human Resources (HR) professionals in promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I) within the workplace. In today's interconnected global landscape, organizations are increasingly acknowledging the importance of diversity and inclusion not only as a moral obligation but also as a strategic advantage.
