Among the factors .that
contributed towards the

of the human society,
translation occupies the
highest place. All
information regarding the
physical or spiritual
innovations and
advancement came down
through translation from
time immemorial. This short
article presents an account
of translation process, the
translator and a brief history
of the translation.
